Hello to the internet once again! This is Dario Smagata-Bryan, island music collector and occasional DJ from Canada. I was the host of "Radio Waves" Caribbean music program on 103.7 FM, St. Catharines radio, and one of the largest dealers of reggae and calypso music south of Toronto. Nowadays I only collect personally, and I'm trying to rediscover my old passion for calypso and soca. That's where this blog comes in. I want to share my thoughts on the many albums and singles in this genre that I love.
